Does Heaven Scent bring their own supplies and products?

Yes, we bring all the necessary products and supplies required for cleaning. However, we don't offer product substitutions. So, if you prefer a specific product over what we bring, you must provide it. For instance, some customers might prefer organic or chemical-free products, and others might have sensitivities to certain brands. That's perfectly okay, but if you make a substitution, we cannot guarantee that the product you provide will do as good a job as the products we bring.
Are your cleaners pet friendly?
We welcome your furry friends and love your pets! However, to ensure our cleaners can efficiently do their job, we kindly request that your pets don't interfere with their work. Also, if your pet is aggressive, please make sure to restrain or lock them away in a safe space before our arrival.
Will your cleaners move furniture?

We will move only light furniture, such as dining room chairs, small tables, lamps and other small, easily movable items. For items we do not move, we will do our best to take care of all visible dust and debris around the furniture. We have extended dusting poles to use for hard-to-reach areas.
How can I prepare for your arrival?

​To make our job easier, please clear the areas you want us to clean of any clutter and pick up dog and kids’ toys. Keep your pet in a safe location while we work. If you want your bedding linens changed, please have a fresh set ready for us. For safety guidelines, check out our policy page. Sit back and relax while we clean your home!
Do you provide free estimates?

We are happy to provide you with a free estimate for our services. This will help us give you a more accurate pricing and create a custom plan for your home. It will also give you the opportunity to meet the cleaner who will be servicing your home, so that you feel comfortable with them. We believe in making our customers feel at ease and satisfied with our services.
