
Cancellation Policy
​Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to give 48 hours notice, we will require a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. Once our cleaners arrive, if they are unable to access the house or need to refuse service due to safety reasons, you will be required to pay a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee. If you are running late, please inform us. We will offer you a 15-minute grace period if we are waiting on you to grant us access to the house. After that, you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost. Our cleaners have the right to refuse service due to safety reasons, lack of power or water supply in your home, physical inability to do the job due to extreme clutter, or if you are sick with a contagious illness. We enforce this policy to ensure that our cleaners are protected and are not missing out on work. Our cleaners will receive a portion of the non-refundable cancellation fee to make up for what they would have earned in that time frame. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Thank you for respecting our time and giving us reasonable notice so we can fill the opening.
Customer Responsibilities
As a cleaning service, we want to ensure the safety of our cleaners while they are working in your home. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide a safe and secure workplace for our cleaners.
We are pet lovers, but if your animal is not friendly, we ask that you keep them restrained and away from our cleaners. If you keep your pet in a specific room, please note that the cleaner is not required to clean that room unless the animal is kept in a cage that prevents it from escaping and potentially harming our cleaners.
If you own firearms, please ensure they are locked and stored away for your safety and ours. We reserve the right to refuse to clean any room where a firearm is visible. In addition, please do not leave firearms under pillows or mattresses as our cleaners will be changing linens and tidying up your bed.
Please note that we cannot clean up blood, urine, feces, black mold, needles, drug paraphernalia, or any other hazardous waste.
Finally, we request that you do not smoke in your home while our cleaners are working.
The Safety of Your Home
​If you won't be present during the cleaning and you're giving us access to your home, and if you have an alarm system, please provide us with instructions on how you would like us to handle it. We are capable of arming and disarming alarm systems upon arrival and departure. The safety of our cleaners and your home is of utmost importance to us. While we're inside your home cleaning, we'll ensure that all doors are locked at all times. We won't answer or open the door for any guests, deliveries, or other workers you've scheduled to come. We won't allow anyone else into the house while we're there. When we leave, we'll make sure that all doors are locked, windows are closed, and if requested by the client, the alarm system is re-armed.
Refunds
Our aim is to make your life easier and stress-free by taking the burden of cleaning off your shoulders and leaving your home pristine and sparkling clean. However, despite our best efforts, mistakes may happen, and things may be overlooked. We are human after all. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, we will schedule a return visit to correct any issues. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
